Action Appraisal was founded in 2000 to support our clients in Ventura and surrounding Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Counties. Since then, we have leveraged our high level of customer service to expand our network of appraisers to provide service throughout Southern California.
Attorneys prefer our work because of our unique experience and credentials. For work with California Courts, attorneys prefer designations from the Appraisal Institute. Not only do we have years of experiences with life events and the minimum state certifications, our president has the advanced residential designation from the Appraisal Institute, the SRA. He is also a Certified General Appraiser (AG) with the state of California, allowing him to appraise all types of commercial property in addition to the residential.
Our lending work is HVCC compliant. We perform all types of residential appraisls including estate, REO, FHA, Single Family Home, Condominium, Small Income (2-4 units).
Our commercial work includes Office buildings, retail structures, industrial property and apartment buildings.
